In checking the box below I agree that CityPilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

I understand that classes at City Pilates may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pilates + or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.  Pilates + has a 24 hour cancellation policy for private lessons and 12 hours cancellation for group classes. 

Reservations and appointments cancelled with lesson than 24 hours for private lessons and 12 hours cancellation for group classes will result in a charge to the client for the full cost of the session. 

Please give the studio a call to let us know if you are going to be up to 5 minutes late for classes or lessons. 

No client will be allowed in class beyond 5 minutes of any class - beyond that window will be considered a "late cancel" as well and result in a charge to the client for the full cost of the session.
