My daughter and I had a chance to attend Pilates class this Tuesday with Amanda for the first time. She was very kind to show us the machines, equipment and made feel very comfortable. The music, atmosphere and the exercises left us craving for more!!!! Amazing instructor and the studio!!!

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and just fun to be around, even at 6am 😂 I’d highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the city and looking for a Pilates studio!
